Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if tracking is available.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days 

International Shipping

Europe: 5–10 business days North America: 7–14 business days Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery estimates are guidelines only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs checks, courier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Occasional free‑shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, a tracking link, and an estimated delivery timeframe. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. INFIIINE LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a pickup point, or refusal to pay customs charges, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you choose not to have the order re‑shipped, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please check your tracking information first. If the courier cannot resolve the issue, contact us at info@infiine.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.

Pre‑Orders and Back‑Orders

If an item is marked as a pre‑order or back‑order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Your entire order may ship together once all items are available. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, contact us immediately at info@infiine.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
